Our recipes contain some of the same ingredients, but no one really has the secret sauce for happiness except you. Mine includes living near the ocean, meaningful work, spiritual connection and creative expression.
We each have a personal recipe, for our best life. Some of my happiest moments as a child were in the kitchen with my maternal grandmother Mary. She let me experiment, and praised my efforts, making it safe to make mistakes. It was all about continuous practice, and unknown to me at the time, diligent practice results in mastery.
